Facilities Design and Construction (FDC) joined leaders from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, community leaders and members on July 23 to celebrate the completion of Outpatient Care Powell with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
“Projects like Outpatient Care Powell are successful because of the dedication, expertise and collaboration of so many people working toward a shared goal,” said Kristin Poldemann, associate vice president of FDC. “It’s rewarding to see this facility completed and ready to serve patients and the Powell community.”
Outpatient Care Powell, located at the corner of Home Road and Sawmill Parkway, is a 200,000 square-foot facility that expands access to comprehensive outpatient care for residents throughout Delaware County and the surrounding region.
The $183 million facility includes a five-story medical office building and a two-story ambulatory health center offering specialty care, advanced urgent care, imaging, rehabilitation, laboratory services, endoscopy, pharmacy services and more.
The facility will welcome its first patients on August 3.
