Construction at Outpatient Care Powell is entering its final stretch, with the project now 90% complete. Teams are focused on finalizing interior finishes, deploying furniture, completing IT installation and conducting testing and balancing to prepare the facility for opening.
Progress is visible throughout the building. The east side staff courtyard is taking shape, while punch-out work and finishing touches are underway in first-floor office spaces. Registration areas on the first floor are nearing completion, creating a welcoming entry point for patients.
On the second floor, key clinical spaces are coming together, including consult rooms, exam rooms, and an endoscopy room. This second floor features a prep and post-procedure room, nurse station, and procedure room. The optometry registration area is also nearing completion.
With construction wrapping up, important milestones are quickly approaching. Keys to the facility are scheduled to be handed over on June 30, marking the transition from construction to medical operations.
