Hughes Hall

The $57 million Hughes Hall Renovation project will support the College of Arts and Sciences and Classroom Pool by creating new classrooms, support offices, collaboration spaces and an AI hub. The scope also addresses deferred maintenance and aging infrastructure through building system upgrades and modernization efforts. In addition, the project includes design work by ENGIE to connect the building to campus chilled water lines, supporting improved building performance and long-term operational efficiency.
